Live Yogis is world’s first online yoga and meditation studio with "one to one personal attention". Live Yogis was started by a group of passionate young successful professionals who experienced deep transformation in their personal and professional lives after practicing yoga and meditation. With an attitude to give it back to the society, we are now spreading yoga and meditation to every individual. At Live Yogis, you will get the personal attention of expert yoga practitioners (yogis) to help you achieve holistic health – right in the comfort of your home.

Live Yogis was set up with a belief that we need to create a healthy and peaceful society. Live Yogis is a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable Yoga Masters, who will be your personal Yoga Coach and give you that personal attention you need to keep you healthy and fit. At Live Yogis we use state of the art infrastructure, High Definition Cameras, redundant bandwidth to ensure there is no compromise on your experience. One can always download a yoga video or see it on a CD/TV, however that personal touch is what can create the difference. Therefore, instead of just posting some videos and sessions, we believe in creating a unique and personal experience by ways of personal one-to-one training.

The practice of yoga is an art and science dedicated to creating union between body, mind and spirit. Its objective is to assist the practitioner in using the breath and body to foster an awareness of ourselves as individualized beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation. In short it is about making balance and creating equanimity so as to live in peace, good health and harmony with the greater whole.
